Fazilet Boya sees quality not as a coincidence but as the result of a smart effort; Each brand responds to the needs of different sectors with diversity, and aims to become the leader in the paint industry throughout the country and the world, and to increase its effectiveness in all markets in the coming years, by producing high quality and optional paints in many fields from industry to insulation. In line with this aim;

  • Provides the quality requirements set in the ISO 9001 standard and constantly reviews its compliance,
  • Analyzing the demands, suggestions and complaints from the customers in detail, producing the necessary solutions for customer satisfaction, preventing the repetition of complaints with remedial actions,
  • Continuously raises the quality level by giving importance to teamwork so that all employees become more competent and able to use their talents at the highest level within the framework of quality systems,
  • We continuously improve our services with practices that prioritize customer satisfaction,
  • In order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, it performs auditing activities effectively, and carries out activities to eliminate nonconformities,
  • Aims to offer quality products to our employees, stakeholders and business partners by making technological investments,
  • In line with the continuous improvement approach, we work with all our strength to increase the efficiency in all our processes to a level that can compete at the international level and to gain a wide market share with our brands not only in the domestic market but also in exports,
  • Develops good relations with suppliers and provides the necessary support in line with their needs,

Fazilet Boya, which draws its strength from its customers and employees, sets annual targets to achieve these goals, measures them and continuously improves the effectiveness of the quality system together with these targets. In addition to complying with the current legislation and legal regulations; continues its activities in a safe, ethical and environmentally friendly manner.
